SOLAPUR, MAHARASHTRA — A horrifying explosion caught on CCTV camera rocked the busy Juni Mill Compound area of Solapur after a box containing explosive sulphur-based material dropped to the ground, leaving a 52-year-old handler critically injured.
The incident occurred outside the Sahara Gun House shop while explosive materials and air gun cartridges were being loaded into a parked vehicle. As one of the workers carried a box containing sulphur-based gunpowder, the container accidentally slipped from his hands and hit the pavement.
The impact immediately triggered a violent explosion, engulfing the spot in a shockwave and dense white smoke that spread over several hundred meters. The blast severely injured the handler, identified as Kedarnath Chhatre, who was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The explosion created immediate panic among shopkeepers and passersby. Police teams along with the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) quickly cordoned off the area to conduct forensic checks. Authorities have registered a case and launched an investigation to verify whether safety guidelines and proper permits were adhered to during the transport and handling of the explosive material.
CCTV में देखिए और कल्पना करिए कितना भयंकर हमला है? यह जानबूझकर किया गया है या धोखे से हुआ है? @grok यह वीडियो कहां और कब की है। https://t.co/ecMzjHrVmp
